Privacy Policy

This is a personal project run by me, Lewis Whitfield. It is a private automation that I use for my own data only. It is not a public service and nobody else uses it.

What it does
It connects to my own Withings account through the Withings API and reads my own scale measurements, such as weight and body composition. It then writes those measurements into a private Google Sheet in my own Google account, using Google sign-in (OAuth). The Google permission it asks for is access to Google Sheets, used only to read and write that one spreadsheet.

Where the data lives
The data stays in my own Google account and on my own self-hosted n8n server (n8n.lewiswhitfield.co.uk), where the sign-in credentials are stored. It is not kept anywhere else.

Sharing
I do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone. No third parties receive it, and it is not used for advertising or to train AI models.

Keeping or deleting it
I can delete the data at any time by deleting the spreadsheet, and stop the automation by revoking access in my Google and Withings account settings or deleting the credentials in n8n.
